REGULATIONS FOR USING VOUCHERS AT MOLO PARK MIELNO
§1 GENERAL RULES
A stay voucher entitles the holder to use the hotel’s services and specifies the services available at Molo Park.
Each voucher has a unique number that must be provided when booking a room.
All vouchers are registered by the reception desk of Molo Park.
The purchaser is any adult individual or legal entity holding the voucher and accepting the terms of these regulations.
The user is the person authorized to use the voucher under the applicable terms and promotions associated with the voucher’s number.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
Vouchers are redeemable only at Molo Park Mielno Sp. z o.o.
A voucher can be used only once and cannot be split into multiple uses.
By receiving the voucher, the purchaser/user declares they have read, understood, and accepted these regulations and agrees to abide by them.
Molo Park reserves the right to amend these voucher regulations. Any changes take effect from the date they are implemented and made available by the property.
§2 VALIDITY OF THE VOUCHER
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise specified. The expiration date is indicated on the voucher.
In exceptional cases, the validity of a voucher may be extended based on written (including email) confirmation from the property.
Molo Park is not responsible for lost or damaged vouchers after they have been handed over to the purchaser.
§3 TERMS OF USE
Purchased vouchers are non-refundable.
To redeem a voucher, you must book your stay directly with the Molo Park reception: email: recepcja@molopark.pl, phone: +48 94 700 04 04.
Voucher redemption is subject to availability and excludes the following periods: high season (July-August), long weekends such as May holidays or Corpus Christi, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
Molo Park reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption in the following cases: a) The voucher has expired. b) The voucher is damaged, making it impossible to read its information. c) No prior booking was made. d) The property is fully booked for the desired dates. e) Any of the previous terms have been violated.
Any irregularities or errors in the voucher’s content, terms, or identification number should be reported to Molo Park via email at recepcja@molopark.pl within two weeks of the voucher’s receipt by the purchaser.
