Pet Stay Rules

1. The basic condition for bringing an animal to the property is to inform the Guest at the time of booking about their arrival with a pet and to obtain approval from the property reception for the pet’s stay in a specific apartment. This is required due to the limited number of apartments designated for pet stays.
2. In cases where the presence of accompanying pets has not been reported, we may refuse permission for the pet to stay in the apartment.
3. If the pet stay has not been reported, Molo Park may refuse accommodation and refund of the deposit.
4. The pet’s stay is conditional upon having its health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations and proof of deworming.
5. For safety reasons, the animal should have a leash, collar, muzzle, and a carrier/cage—depending on the animal’s species.
6. The fee for a pet stay is: PLN 80 per day.

Noise and disturbances

1. Any animal staying on the Molo Park premises must not disturb other Guests staying on the property. Please make sure your pet does not make noise, especially at night.
2. In the event of repeated complaints from other Guests, we reserve the right to remove the animal from the property at the Owner’s expense.
3. In the event that the property staff have reasonable grounds to believe that a pet left in the room is disturbing other Guests, damaging Molo Park property, or may create a dangerous situation for itself or other Guests, the Molo Park Management will attempt to contact the Owner to resolve the problem. If contact is not possible, the Molo Park property reserves the right for staff to enter the Guest’s room, including potentially with the assistance of appropriate services, and to remove the animal from the apartment. All costs arising from the above actions are covered by the Owner of the pet.

Hygiene and cleanliness

1. The Owner of the pet is responsible for any mess caused by the pet’s stay—in the room, common areas, and also in the area surrounding the Molo Park property. Please clean up after your pet.
2. Guests are asked not to allow dogs on beds and sofas.
3. Animals may use designated areas within Molo Park, as well as outdoors.
4. Cat owners must have a litter tray with sand and empty it into a plastic bag, which they will then dispose of in a container indicated by Molo Park staff.
5. Cleaning of the room in which the animal stays is carried out only while the Owner is present. Please contact Reception to arrange cleaning hours.

Liability

1. The Owner of the pet is responsible for any damage and soiling caused by their animal and is required to cover the costs of any damage.
2. All damage to Molo Park property or other Guests’ property caused by animals will be assessed by the Molo Park Management, and the costs will be charged to the animal owners.
3. The animal must remain under supervision throughout the stay on the Molo Park premises.
4. Dogs must be walked on a leash, under the Owner’s care or the care of an authorised person.
