MOLO PARK APARTHOTEL
located at 31 Bolesława Chrobrego Street in Mielno
- Molo Park Mielno sp. z o.o. informs that it is authorized to offer apartment rentals for Clients’ short-term leisure stays.
- The Hotel Day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00 the following day.
- Extending the stay until 14:00 will incur a charge of 50% of the value of one night’s accommodation. Extending it until a later time or the following day will incur a charge of 100% of the value of one night’s accommodation.
- The Reception checks Guests in upon presentation of an identity document and a completed registration card. The legal basis for processing personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
- Molo Park considers requests for early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
- Quiet hours apply throughout the property, including in the apartment, from
22:00 – 6:00. - Guests not registered in the apartment may stay on the property from 7:00 to 22:00. Unregistered persons are prohibited from staying in the apartment after 22:00. Molo Park reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with Guests who violate this prohibition and is not obliged to refund the deposit.
- Molo Park reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the deposit is not paid on time.
- When selecting an offer, the Guest is required, in accordance with its terms, to pay the specified percentage as an advance deposit. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the stay is shortened, the accommodation payment is non-refundable.
- The tourist tax is collected on site and is not included in the stay price.
- The final cleaning fee is included in the stay price.
- Towels are changed at the Guests’ request every two days, after notifying the Reception that service is required (the service includes providing toilet paper and rubbish bags). We also ask that, during the service, staff be allowed to enter the apartment in your absence. Full apartment cleaning including a change of bed linen costs PLN 200.
- Access to the Wellness Area is free of charge for Molo Park Guests as part of the accommodation services provided.
- Pets are accepted in apartments provided that the Guest’s arrival with a pet is reported at the time of booking and the property’s Reception approves the pet’s stay in the specific apartment. This is necessary because not every apartment managed by Molo Park is designated for stays with pets. A pet fee of PLN 80 per pet per night applies. In common areas (lobby, lifts, staircases and terraces), pets must be kept on a lead.
- The property has an indoor car park in the garage hall. An additional fee applies: PLN 50 per day in high season, PLN 30 per day in mid and low season. Advance reservation is required.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. A Guest who violates the smoking ban will be charged PLN 1,000.
- Guests of Molo Park Apartments are liable for any damage caused in the rooms. Damage includes the destruction or damage of room equipment as well as its loss. In the event of damage, Molo Park reserves the right to charge the Guest the related costs.
- The Guest must report any damage no later than upon checking out of the property.
- Guests must take proper care of the magnetic apartment card. If it is lost, Guests will be charged PLN 50 for the purchase of a new magnetic card. Each rented apartment includes two magnetic cards. One card is issued as standard; the second is available on request.
- Molo Park reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with Guests in the event of a serious violation of the house rules and is not obliged to refund the deposit.
- For fire safety reasons, the use in apartments of heaters, irons and other electrical appliances not provided as room equipment is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual and computer equipment. The use of open flames is also prohibited.
- Molo Park is not liable for property left in the apartment or on the property. Guests are advised to exercise caution and adequately secure their belongings.
- Guests must comply with the rules governing the property’s common areas – the Lobby, restaurant, viewing terraces, staircases and lifts. Failure to comply with the rules may result in legal consequences.
- Guests must pay 100% of the reservation value no later than on the day of check-in.
- Use of the rental services constitutes acceptance of these rules. The Guest agrees to comply with the rules of the Molo Park property at 31 Bolesława Chrobrego Street in Mielno.
