RULES AND REGULATIONS

MOLO PARK APARTHOTEL

located at ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 31 in Mielno

 

  1. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and lasts until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
  2. If you extend the stay to 2 p.m., we will charge you 50% of the value of one night’s stay. If you extend the stay to a later hour or the next day, we will charge you 100% of the value of one night’s stay.
  3. The reception checks-in guests on the basis of an identity card and a completed registration card. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  4. Molo Park accepts requests for an early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
  5. Curfew hours last from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and apply in the entire facility as well as in the apartment.
  6. Guests who have not been checked-in in the apartment may stay on the premises from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The stay of such persons after 10 p.m. is prohibited. In the event of violation of the abovementioned prohibition Molo Park reserves the right to terminate the rental of the apartment and in such case Molo Park is not obliged to return the advance payment.
  7. Molo Park reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to make the advance payment on time.
  8. Once a guest chooses a given offer, he or she is obliged to pay the indicated percentage of non-refundable payment as an advance payment in accordance with the terms and conditions included in the offer. In the event of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  9. In the event of shortening of your stay, the payment for the night is non-refundable.
  10. The resort tax is collected upon arrival and is not included in the price of the stay.
  11. Depending on the offer, the final cleaning fee is included in the price or charged in the amount of PLN 200/stay.
  12. Towels are changed at the request of guests every two days – if you report a request for such a service to the reception (the service includes delivery of toilet paper, garbage bags) – please make sure that our staff has the opportunity to enter the apartment at your absence during cleaning hours. Full cleaning of the apartment including changing bed linen change costs PLN 200.
  13. As part of the accommodation services, guests of Molo Park have access to the Wellness Zone free of charge.
  14. Pets are accepted in the apartments on condition that a guest notifies such fact to reception upon reservation and receives an approval for a stay with a pet in a particular apartment. Such procedure is required due to the fact that not every apartment which is under the management of Molo Park is intended for a stay with pets. Guests who stay with pets are charged an additional fee in the amount of PLN 60 PLN/pet/day. In public areas (lobbies, elevators, staircases, terraces) pets should be kept on a leash.
  15. The facility has an internal car park in the garage hall. We charge an additional fee for a parking place in the amount of PLN 50/day in the high season and special dates, and PLN 30/day in the medium and low season. Prior reservation is required.
  16. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in the imposition of a charge of PLN 1,000.
  17. Guests of Molo Park are responsible for any damage caused in the apartments. Damage means both destroying/causing damage to the equipment located in the apartment as well as its loss. In the event of damage caused, Molo Park reserves the right to charge the guest with the costs.
  18. The guest is obliged to report the damage caused when checking out of the facility at the latest.
  19. Guests are required to keep a keycard to the apartment with due care. In the event of its loss, guests will be charged with the costs of purchasing a new keycard in the amount of PLN 50. Two keycards are available for each apartment rented.
  20. Molo Park reserves the right to terminate the rental to guests in the event of gross violation of the rules and regulations of the stay and is not obliged to reimburse the advance payment.
  21. For the sake of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, irons and other electrical devices that are not part of apartment’s equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices. It is also prohibited to use open fire.
  22. Molo Park is not responsible for property left in the apartment and on the premises. Guests are advised to exercise caution and properly secure their belongings.
  23. Guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the common parts of the facility – lobby, restaurant, viewing terraces, staircases, elevators. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in legal consequences.
  24. Using rental services means accepting the rules and regulations. Guests undertake to comply with the rules and regulations of the Molo Park facility located at ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 31  in Mielno.
